Complaint on private residental units
In case you do not find your project, contact the warranty team of the usual way.
Acknowledgement of receipt of the complaint will be sent automatically to your email address. In case you do not receive confirmation, you must enter the complaint again. The reason for non-delivery could be for example: malformed mail address, full mailbox or mail server outage.
If you find difficulties while adding your photos, you might send it later via e-mail while communicating with technician.
